Head of International Sales – Pharmaceutical Construction | Europe-Based | Travel Required

A highly regarded specialist contractor, known for delivering high-spec mechanical installations within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector, is looking for a Head of International Sales to lead growth across Europe.

From complex CapEx upgrades to full new-build facilities, we’re at the forefront of pharmaceutical construction — and now we’re ready to expand our client base across borders.

The Role:

As Head of International Sales, you will be the driving force behind our commercial expansion. This is a client-facing role, requiring strategic thinking, charisma, and deep sector knowledge.

Your mission:

  • Generate new business opportunities across Europe
  • Attend industry expos and global events to represent our brand
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategy and outreach
  • Lead client engagement, presentations, and relationship development
  • Develop a sustainable pipeline of pharmaceutical clients, from CapEx upgrades to turnkey new-build projects
