Sales Professional - Head of Sales

Hybrid role, 2-3 days a week in the office

5V Tech is supporting a fast-growing scale-up in sustainable logistics in hiring its first Head of Sales to drive commercial growth across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to shape the sales function, secure key clients, and lay the foundations for a high-performing team while driving the shift to sustainable road freight.

As Head of Sales, you’ll take on both strategy and execution: leading the full sales cycle, closing flagship clients, and representing the company in key markets, while working closely with the leadership team to scale across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of sales strategy and execution in key European markets.
  • Drive new business opportunities, from first contact through to closing major deals.
  • Build lasting client relationships, positioning innovative e-mobility solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and in high-level discussions with partners.
  • Lay the foundations for a future sales team as the company continues to scale.
