As Head of Sales, you will drive the next phase of 7Learnings' international growth. You will own and execute the go-to-market strategy, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and develop strategic relationships with enterprise retailers and brands. Your focus will be on scaling revenue, expanding our customer base, and establishing 7Learnings as the global leader in AI-driven retail optimization.

Your mission

  • Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting enterprise and mid-market retailers, with a focus on international expansion (mostly Northern Europe and North America)
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, transparency, and results
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine our value proposition and sales approach
  • Report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the executive team
  • 5-7 years track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in retail technology, pricing, or AI / ML-driven solutions
  • Currently leading sales team of 2-3 Account Executives
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling to C-level executives
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical value propositions in a compelling way
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
