  • Supervise the Risk Governance team, including maintaining risk policies, reporting, and committee secretarial duties.
  • Oversee outsourced model risk governance as the Oversight Portfolio Manager.
  • Coordinate with global risk governance to ensure frameworks are effectively cascaded across jurisdictions.
  • Serve as Chief of Staff for SSBI CRO, supporting risk reporting, risk control, and transversal risk oversight initiatives.
What we value

  • Effective problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with team management experience.
  • Ability to enhance risk culture and organizational performance through innovative ideas.

  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Risk Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in risk management within a financial institution.
  • Proven leadership in managing diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle complex situations independently.
What we offer

Competitive benefits including bonus participation, pension plan, insurance, generous leave, flexible work options, and various wellbeing and inclusion programs.
