A financial technology company in Berlin seeks a Head of Revenue Operations to enhance commercial operations and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations, particularly in B2C, and expertise with Salesforce. We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations (f/m/d)to take ownership of our commercial operations and help drive our revenue engine. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, Tech and Product with a clear mission: to build a scalable, data-driven commercial infrastructure that fuels growth and efficiency at LIQID.
Design, implement and continuously improve sales & relationship management processes
Own and enhance our Sales-related tool stack, applying also emerging technologies such as AI
Lead OKR, KPI and data-driven performance tracking; QA experience would be an add-on
Drive operational excellence and change, including automation and system optimization
Collaborate deeply across Teams: Marketing, Finance, with regular touch points in Product and Tech
Remove blockers and elevate the commercial execution engine
Monitor commercial and client activity, such as call shadowing, process bottlenecks, conversion analysis
8+ years' experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or similar roles, ideally in B2C, Wealth/Fintech, or SaaS environments
Deep sales funnel and CRM expertise, especially Salesforce, plus familiarity with commercial tool stacks
Strong grasp of sales KPIs, funnel metrics, dashboards and process mapping
Highly analytical with strong skills in BI tools, Excel/G-Sheets, Lucidchart
Operative mindset with cross-functional collaboration experience, who successfully steers change processes
Clear communicator with a structured, ownership-driven and pragmatic working style (fluency in German and English)
