What you´ll do
- Regional responsibility: Oversee all aspects of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability in Operations).
- Point of contact: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders (Commercial Teams, Supply Chain, Procurement, Suppliers) on QHSE topics, with an end-to-end focus.
- Leadership: Lead and promote a culture of Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), Quality (Q), and Sustainability in the region by identifying, managing, and mitigating related risks and opportunities, both internal and external.
- Training and development: Develop and train the organization on QHSE standards, procedures, and improvement programs to support excellence, deploy and measure effectiveness, owning the Regional IMS program, and following up on action closure.
- Safety culture and standards: Develop and implement the Safety culture model and HSE Standards, driving continuous improvement through audits, assessments, reporting, and consulting.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate, comprehensive, and timely reporting of incidents, actions, and follow-up, including trend analysis and root cause determination.
- Risk management: Manage and track risk mitigation efforts, identify critical HSE investments, seek approvals, and support implementation; ensure HSE standards at CMTG / 3PM / 3PL sites.
- Leadership involvement: Participate as a member of the Global QHSE Leadership Team and the Regional Supply Chain Leadership Team.
