Qualifikationen

Definition & implementation of KoRo’s international QM strategy

• Setting the QM vision and strategic goals in line with the company’s objectives and international expansion (DACH, FR, IT)

• Deriving and monitoring the strategic roadmap to achieve these goals

Leadership & organizational development of the QM department

• Strategic leadership of the team and development of a QM team structure tailored to our international growth

Establishing strategic QM performance management

• Defining the overarching framework for quality KPIs and managing performance accordingly

Ensuring compliance & regulatory conformity

• Overall responsibility for adherence to all relevant external (e.g., standards like IFS) and internal quality standards

• Ensuring required certifications and strategically managing relations with regulatory authorities

Defining & overseeing audit and quality risk strategies

• Strategic planning and supervision of internal/external audits, as well as proactive quality risk management

Strategic stakeholder management & communication

• Ensuring strategic alignment and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• Responsibility for strategic QM communication, including reporting to the management board

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in quality management - Ideally, you bring experience from thefood industry!

• You hold a degree in food science, nutrition science, or a related field – preferably with a focus on QM

• You already have leadership experience and are confident working with team members and external partners.

• You have excellent German andEnglish language skills-Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus!

• You live inBerlin or the surrounding area – or are ready to relocate to Berlin for your new position

• You possess in-depth knowledge ofregulatory requirements in quality management (QM standards and food law)

• You have extensive experience in conductingaudits as well as inproject management

• You work in a well-organized and structured manner and are quick to get up to speed with new topics and areas

• You also stand out for your assertiveness and strong communication skills
