QA Manager – Pharmaceuticals | Germany - 12 months - 1.0FTC

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and operations across manufacturing and supply chain activities
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP, GDP, and global regulatory standards
• Oversee QMS activities including deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and audits
• Lead regulatory inspections and drive inspection readiness
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations teams
• Develop and mentor high-performing QA teams

Requirements

• Significant QA leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of EU GMP and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing inspections and quality systems
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• QP eligibility is advantageous
