Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience in a Pharmaceutical GMP environment.
• Proven track record in leading health authority or customer inspections.
• Systems knowledge including CSV, AI, QMS, and Business IT.
• Clear communication and collaboration with site leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Team.
• Host HA Inspections and customer audits as Quality POC.
• Monitor site KPI's and measure performance.
• Provide input into global company strategy.
• Provide input into global company strategy.
• Define global framework for AI introduction.
• Maintain full budget oversight for the quality function.

As Head of Quality, you will have both operational oversight, and strategic input into the direction of this company's mainstay site in Germany. The role is centred around Strategy and future development. With Digitalisation, Computer systems, and AI playing a major role.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of Quality Team.
