Qualifikationen

Job Description

• Serve as the first contact point for all PMO-related issues and questions for internal and external partners, including LUCA Digital Finance implementation partner and METRO colleagues.
• Work closely with the Project Director and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Lead the PMO office and coordinate all PMO activities, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Moderate status calls and other key meetings.
• Participate in and document SteerCo meetings and other project meetings.
• Coordinate status reports and cross-check project documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduation in business economics or equivalent education.
• Experience in Project Management, especially with large IT implementations in an international environment, including SAP experience and knowledge of PM standards and processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills tailored to different target groups.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver results.
• High level of team and service orientation.
• Proactive initiative and assertiveness to drive change and engagement.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with openness to learning and growth.
• Certification in TM, PM, and/or Change Management is a plus; experience with agile and waterfall methodologies is preferable.
• At least 7 years of leadership experience, directly or indirectly.
• Advanced level of English (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a European-based company and in Europe.
