Are you looking manage a growing team, for a fast paced innovative company within the Aerospace Industry?

Do you have experience in Project Management and Technical experience in Power Electronics?

The Company provides Power Electronic and Power Management technology into the Space industry and are looking to expand into the Defence Industry in the future, to provide their designs to a new sector. They are looking for a new Head of Project Management to replace a recent retirement and continue allow themselves to continue their company's plans for the future!

In this role, you will be managing a team of Project Managers, all with their own teams and projects you will be overseeing, as well as managing documentation to ensure projects are efficiently completed from a time and financial sense.

This role would suit someone who is experienced in Project Management, from a transferable industry with experience in power electronics. They must be a great communicator, and have demonstrated success in leading teams in the past.

The Role

• Managing a team of 8 project Managers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within budgets
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of power electronics projects for aerospace applications, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Maintain Documentation and plans to ensure a financially viable and efficient project
• On-Site role, working alongside multiple stake holders within the business

The Candidate

• Proven experience in Project Management within Power Electronics Industry
• Demonstrated success in a Leadership role with clear Communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals
• Technical background in Electrical engineering, preferably in Power Electronics, specifically in the Aerospace or Defence Industries
• Fluent in English.
