Zusammenfassung

Brightsmith is seeking a Team Lead for its Project Management team in Berlin. You will lead and develop a team of project managers, oversee solar PV and BESS projects, and take direct responsibility for selected complex assignments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will have solar PV/BESS experience, knowledge of rooftop PV across residential/commercial settings, and strong stakeholder and risk management skills, including German language proficiency (C1).

• Experience in solar PV or BESS project management.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop PV projects across residential and commercial settings.
• Experience leading project teams or mentoring project managers.
• A track record of delivering complex projects to programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Knowledge of relevant German VDE standards.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and contract management skills.
• C1 German.

We are currently supporting a growing renewble energy business with the hire of a Team Lead for its Project Management team. The role combines people leadership with hands-on oversight of solar PV and battery storage projects.

You’ll lead and develop a team of project managers, take responsibility for selected strategic projects, and help ensure the wider portfolio is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
