G+D is seeking a Head of Project Controlling (m/f/d) to lead the global project controlling function, ensuring governance, standards and financial discipline across regions and projects. You will coach the international team and advance analytics, planning and reporting solutions.

You will drive forecasting, risk management and revenue recognition, providing executive leadership with reliable financial insights and decision support. Fluent English and international experience are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Controlling or related field.
• Strong experience in project controlling and international environments.
• IFRS-project accounting expertise and SAP-based controlling.

For our department Controlling we are looking for a Head of Project Controlling (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Governance, Portfolio Steering & Leadership: Lead and continuously develop the global Project Controlling function, ensuring consistent governance, methodologies and financial standards across all regions and projects. Directly lead and coach the international Project Controlling team and drive capability development and knowledge sharing
• Financial Performance & Risk Management: Ensure transparency and financial control across the project portfolio through robust forecasting, EAC management, profitability analysis and financial reporting. Provide independent challenge of project financial performance and proactively identify, quantify and mitigate risks and opportunities
• Reporting, Compliance & Decision Support: Ensure reliable project reporting, revenue recognition, accruals, provisions and compliance with internal and external requirements. Provide consolidated portfolio reporting and financial decision support to executive management and key stakeholders
• Processes, Systems & Transformation: Drive standardization and continuous improvement of Project Controlling processes, tools and reporting structures. Support the development of SAP-based project structures and advance the digitalization of Project Controlling through modern analytics, planning and reporting solutions

Your Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
• Extensive experience in Project Controlling, Commercial Project Management or Finance leadership within an international project business environment
• Strong expertise in project financial steering, governance, risk management and IFRS-project accounting, including SAP-based Project Controlling environments
• Proven leadership experience in developing high-performing teams and driving transformation in complex international organizations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills; fluent in English
