Job description

We are looking for a full‑time Head of Controlling (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What to expect:

• Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Responsibility for product costing and monthly contribution margin analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of the parent company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as at the group level
• Preparation and monitoring of forecasts and budgets
• Preparation of reports, statistics, and analyses for executive management and functional departments, including analysis, interpretation, and proposals for corrective actions
• Establishment and expansion of investment portfolio controlling
• Providing technical and managerial guidance to 3 employees in the Controlling department
• Further development of production, sales, and development controlling
• Analysis, definition, and implementation of measures to improve profitability

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics with a focus on finance and controlling, or comparable qualifications
• Several years of management and professional experience in a comparable position at a manufacturing company
• Excellent proficiency in using common IT systems, particularly MS Office and SAP (S/4 Hana)
• Structured and independent work style, high level of commitment, and ability to work well in a team
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of complex interrelationships
• Excellent written and spoken English
