Talent Partners is conducting a confidential search for a Head of Professional Services to lead a regional team of consultants, project managers, solution architects and delivery professionals within a growing international fintech business.

Reporting to the C-level executive, the successful candidate will own the Professional Services P&L and oversee delivery quality, capacity planning and customer outcomes across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive leadership of customer-facing Professional Services teams in enterprise software, SaaS or fintech.
• Owned a services P&L with measurable improvements in utilisation and profitability.
• Native German and fluent English; Dutch desirable.

Talent Partners are managing a confidential search for a Head of Professional Services with a growing international financial technology business.

Reporting to C-level executive, the successful candidate will lead a regional Professional Services organisation of consultants, project managers, solution architects and delivery professionals.

This is a hands-on leadership position combining commercial ownership with close operational oversight of customers, people and delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ownership of Professional Services revenue, gross margin and profitability
• Consultant utilisation, capacity planning and revenue forecasting
• Day-to-day oversight of project health, resources, risks and customer commitments
• Delivery of complex software implementation and transformation programmes
• Leadership and development of a high-performing regional team
• Executive engagement with strategic customers
• Delivery governance, standardisation and operational improvement
• Adoption of automation and AI to improve productivity and project outcomes
• Management of external delivery and systems-integration partners

The successful candidate will have substantial experience leading customer-facing Professional Services teams within enterprise software, SaaS or fintech. They should have owned a services P&L and demonstrated measurable improvements in utilisation, delivery performance, project profitability and customer outcomes.

Native-level German and fluent English are essential., and the ability to speak Dutch is highly desired also. Occasional travel to company and client sites in Europe will be required.
