Head of Product & Sourcing | DTC eCommerce
Location : Stuttgart, Germany (Remote / Hybrid Available)
A high-growth DTC eCommerce company is looking for a Head of Product & Sourcing to lead product development and procurement strategy. This role is perfect for an experienced product leader with a passion for finding winning products, optimizing supply chains, and driving category expansion across global marketplaces.
The Role
You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from sourcing in the Far East to launching and scaling products across leading platforms. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll also be responsible for building out an entirely new product category in 2025, ensuring profitability, sustainability, and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
What You Need
8+ years in product management, sourcing, or eCommerce , with experience in Far East sourcing .
A true product enthusiast —you’ve successfully identified and scaled winning products before.
Deep expertise in DTC eCommerce and marketplace dynamics (Walmart.com, Amazon, etc.).
Strong commercial mindset—you understand P&L, forecasting, and business case development .
Leadership experience, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration .
Analytical skills—you know how to find undiscovered product gems and make them best-sellers.
Fluent English (German or Mandarin is a plus).
