Your role will also involve engaging with our customers, driving market presence, and mentoring the next generation of product leaders within our company.

First 3 Months

You'll focus on onboarding, learning about our product, teams, and processes. By the end of this period, you'll start reshaping our product strategy for the first half of 2025.

After 6 Months

You'll have taken full ownership of product management operations, refined the product roadmap, and improved collaboration and development processes. Your strategic contributions will be driving our product forward.

After 12 Months

You'll have developed and executed a long-term product strategy, significantly impacting growth and innovation. Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture, and your efforts will enhance our market presence and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
