The Inventory capabilities are the core of the SAP LeanIX product serving as the central source of truth for enterprise architecture across thousands of leading global organizations. It enables companies to visualize understand and actively manage their IT landscapes empowering strategic initiatives like cloud transformations application rationalization and regulatory compliance.

As Head of Product Management for Inventory you will drive this core capability forward maximizing its business impact for our customers while setting new standards in usability performance and scalability. As Head of Product Management for Inventory you will :

Own and drive the product vision strategy and execution for the Inventory and its foundational capabilities of our solution ensuring it delivers measurable value to customers and supports strategic IT decisionmaking at scale.

Collaborate closely with senior leadership product and GoToMarket peers taking full accountability to align roadmaps define priorities ensure delivery quality and product outcomes.

Maintain a handson product mindset while safeguarding time for strategic work and longterm planning.

Partner closely with UX and Engineering in your tribe and beyond to deliver cohesive and impactful product experiences.

Spearheading innovation initiatives including the integration of AIdriven features ensuring alignment with longterm business value and market differentiation.

Build strong trusted relationships with strategic customers acting as a thought partner and champion for their evolving needs.

Take formal leadership and build a highperforming team of product managers in your tribe by coaching developing and empowering them to grow and succeed.

Act as a visible ambassador of the Inventory both internally and externally including customer briefings conferences and executive sessions.

What Were Looking For

You bring :

5 years of handson Product Management experience in modern agile software development environments (SaaS).

3 years track record of direct people leadership experience in building mentoring and scaling highperforming product teams.

Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into business outcomes that resonate with customers.

Strategic mindset combined with executional rigor you can set direction make bold decisions and deliver results in dynamic environments.

A solid understanding of the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) domain ideally with a collaborative and communityfocused mindset.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with high empathy for both customers and internal teams.

Fluent in English is mandatory.
