The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp-up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of corporate product are varied. The corporate product takes care of all production-related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing, and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production, and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Development of product defects analysis, assessment competence and statistical evaluation procedures
2. Definition of product quality tasks with regard to product governance for battery cell projects
3. Control of technical actions/recall
4. Control of product safety-relevant topics in the PowerCo at the interface to the product safety committee (APS) of the OEM customer
5. Control of supplier recourse at the interface to procurement
6. Planning of provisions for warranty and goodwill costs by PowerCo Finance

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
2. Experienced manager with personnel responsibility. At least 10 years of professional experience
3. Experience in global corporations or large medium-sized companies (> 3,000 employees)
4. Experience in the automotive or chemical industry preferred
5. At least one professional station with a focus on quality is desired (QM, supplier quality, etc.)
6. Profound English and German language capabilities
7. Experience in product and production companies preferred
8. Experience in transformation projects
9. Leadership experience in project and line functions
10. Product start-up experience, preferably also globally
11. Willingness to spend short periods abroad (up to four weeks)
12. Good IT affinity
13. Able to act constructively and in a leading manner in heterogeneous groups, even without authority to issue instructions
14. High frustration tolerance
15. Willingness for new topics and new solutions
16. Able to remain able to act in complex situations
17. Be able to penetrate and structure complex issues, develop solution proposals and prepare decision templates for management decisions
