This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Profile

• A visionary leader with strong and solid experience in product design and management, with a proven ability to lead and nurture dynamic teams.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, prototyping, and wireframing.
• A hands-on mentality with a strong growth mindset and strategic leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Proficiency in motion graphics to boost user engagement within digital products.
• Extensive experience in establishing and maintaining robust design systems using design tools like Figma, Jira, and Notion.
• Experience in guiding teams through significant rebranding initiatives and ensuring seamless integration of new branding elements.
• Passion for YAZIO’s mission to enhance user experiences in nutrition, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
• An interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus.

Your Mission

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of Senior, Mid-level, and Junior Product Designers, as well as Product Motion Graphics Designers, to deliver innovative, user-centric designs.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product design strategy that brings our design system to life, collaborating closely with app and web teams to ensure consistency.
• Drive YAZIO's transformation towards a more engaging and delightful user experience, infusing creativity and joy into every interaction.
• Guide our design team through a transformative rebrand, crafting and implementing a cohesive design system that supports our future vision.
• Foster a culture of growth and creativity by mentoring and nurturing the skills and careers of our design team.
• Utilize data-driven analysis of user feedback to inform and guide design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
• Participate in cross-functional and leadership discussions to share insights and maintain strategic alignment.
• Get involved in hands-on design work, such as prototyping and wireframing, while also mentoring team members.
