The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley, we are starting our own battery cell production and ramping up our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The finance department plays a key role in this initiative. The unit handles all financial processes within the company, from preparing product and production site decisions to recording and analyzing all financial transactions in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Steer and coordinate cost, result, liquidity, investment, and inventory targets for all cell projects, ensuring the implementation of objectives within PowerCo Battery based on agreed premises.
• Monitor and create product cost comparisons (actual vs. target), conduct root cause analysis, define measures to achieve targets, and prepare profitability reports.
• Manage planning rounds for product results of PowerCo SE, including scheduling, communication, and tracking of target objectives at project and product levels.
• Coordinate evaluations of business plans regarding profitability, ensuring financial evaluation of new products and lifecycle measures, and derive action recommendations.
• Determine cost targets for each cell project and PowerCo Battery plants, defining and managing cost estimates and initial expenditures.
• Ensure a continuous reporting system for product costs, initiatives, and cross-location topics, representing financial interests to product management and acting as an interface to the group and brands.
• Personnel management.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• Several years of experience leading a team in an international environment with a collaborative approach.
• Successful completion of a university degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, particularly in product controlling.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with competing priorities and high impact at all organizational levels.
• Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.
