Responsibilities
- You will establish a department for underwater production (manufacturing of pipes/plate components, connector assembly, mounting, adjustment).
- You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the department.
- You will ensure compliance with all safety-related laws, instructions, and guidelines regarding occupational safety, environment, and health.
- You will be responsible for meeting quality requirements, key deadlines, and project and cost center budgets, including investments, maintenance, and overhead costs.
- You will also be responsible for the selection, evaluation, and development of leadership staff, as well as resource planning concerning employee and equipment deployment.
- You will continuously improve operations based on a modern production system.
Profile
- You have successfully completed a technical degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
- You possess several years of experience in maritime manufacturing, particularly in component fabrication and assembly.
- You have leadership and motivational skills, as well as assertiveness.
- You enjoy working in a team, and you demonstrate a structured and sustainable approach, along with commercial thinking and action.
- A high degree of flexibility, independence, and sense of responsibility are natural to you.
- You communicate confidently and possess good verbal and written expression skills.
