Your tasks
As Head of Process Engineering, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing our production processes. You will lead our team and drive strategic projects that significantly impact our growth.
- Leadership and development: Lead and develop your team of engineers both professionally and personally. Your motivation will be key to achieving excellent results together.
- Project management: Manage complex, multi-year projects from conception to completion, including planning, implementation, documentation, and presentation of results.
- Process optimization: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to scale production processes. Continuously analyze processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Economic analysis: Prepare profitability calculations, budget plans, and ROI analyses to inform investment decisions regarding new systems or expansions.
- Innovation management: Monitor market trends and develop new processes to keep the company technologically ahead. Support the patenting of new technologies and ideas.
Your profile
- Sound education: Degree in process engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in feed production and development, with a solid understanding of feed compositions and production processes, is advantageous.
- Leadership skills: Management experience or potential to lead a motivated and successful team.
- Analytical strength: Strong analytical skills to identify complex challenges and develop efficient solutions.
