To strengthen our team, we are looking for a senior and experienced Head of Portfolio and Product Manager, who will lead a team to define and innovate the Global Service Portfolio and Products to drive growth, maximize the value and customer enthusiasm of Currency Management Solutions.

The Head of Portfolio and Product Management will lead the strategic development and management of the service product portfolio and product management. This role is responsible for driving the vision and definition of the company's service offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives, market needs, and customer satisfaction.

In your role, you will directly report to the Head of Strategy and Digital Excellence.

Your Tasks:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the future service product portfolio and act as the voice of the customer to ensure that product offerings meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Portfolio and Program Management: Drive and oversee the end-to-end management of the service product portfolio, from ideation through launch, deployment, and lifecycle management.
  • Product Management for Digital Services and Service Products: Drive product development and lifecycle management for service products and digital services with cross-functional teams.
  • Product Management Service for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Steering a global team of Service Product Managers to ensure the product serviceability during the product lifecycle.
  • Service Marketing and Market Research: Driving the Service Marketing and Go-To-Market strategies with the marketing department and cross-functional teams of Service. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure the portfolio is positioned for success.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a global team of senior and intercultural service product managers, portfolio managers, product owners, and business developers fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The team consists of 12 experienced and engaged members located worldwide.
Your profile:
  • Business Management and/or engineering degree with MBA.

  • >10 years of experience in senior international Portfolio/Service Management positions with a high level of complexity.

  • > 5 years in a leadership role with a strong track record of leading teams, developing and executing strategic product plans, and achieving business results.

  • In-depth understanding of how to strategically steer and tactically execute in the fields of end-to-end service business management, to achieve P&L targets.

  • Proven experience in managing a service-based product portfolio.

  • Experienced in direct and indirect go-to-market streams.

  • Proven skills in channel management.

  • Good understanding of end-to-end service delivery.

  • Familiarity with service design and delivery principles.

  • Experience in XaaS, technology, or service-oriented business models.
