Head of PAS-X MES Product Design (m/w/d)

Your role in the team:

• People Management: As Head of Department (HoD) in the Product Department, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and supervising a team of Product Owners and UX/UI experts, ensuring their growth and planning staffing needs.
• Shaping the future of Product Owners and UX/UI: You will shape workflows and processes, serving as a mentor and guide.
• Working atmosphere: You will foster a productive environment promoting teamwork, open communication, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Achieving cluster goals and milestones: You will shape the future of PAS-X Products, setting and ensuring the achievement of goals and milestones.
• Coordination with stakeholders: Collaborate with executives, product management, development, and directors to align goals and represent the department.
• Escalation authority: Act as the central contact for resolving escalated issues.
• Inter Cluster Communication: Work with other Product HoDs to develop collaboration and set the course for PAS-X's future.
• Budget, controlling, reporting: Manage budgets, monitor costs, and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent.
• Experience as a Product Owner and/or in UX/UI.
• Ability to create a positive working environment.
• Motivated for personal and team development.
• Positive attitude towards change and shaping it.
• Interest in helping Körber Pharma Software become a product-centric company.
• Strong sense of mission and team achievement.
• Proficiency in German and English.
