Qualifikationen

  • 10+ years of experience in Digital Identity, Trust Services, or Payments.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (German, French, Spanish).
  • Comfortable negotiating contracts, pricing, and integrations.

As we expand our market footprint, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Head of Partnerships & Intermediaries. This strategic role will drive new partnership generation, reseller acquisition, and account expansion across key identity and trust ecosystems in Europe. The position plays a central role in Lissi's long-term growth.

Identify, initiate, and build new partnerships across Europe with a focus on scaling indirect channels for our digital identity solution

Acquire and onboard new intermediary and reseller customers (e.g. PSPs, identity providers, trust service providers, IAM and access management vendors, Enterprise software vendors (e.g. ERP / HR systems))

Integration and IT service providers

Manage and grow existing partner and reseller relationships with a structured approach across EU

Negotiate commercial agreements and close long-term contracts

Act as a trusted contact for commercial and technical partners across diverse stakeholder groups

Provide structured feedback to the product team to influence roadmap and integration priorities

Represent Lissi externally at trade fairs, industry events, and with strategic ecosystem partners

Your profile

10+ years of experience building partnerships in Digital Identity, Trust Services, or Payments

Proven track record in partner acquisition, onboarding, and revenue generation

Strong understanding of regulated industries and digital identity ecosystems in Europe

Fluent in English and at least one other language (German, France, Spanish)

Willing and flexible to travel extensively across Europe for partner engagement

Comfortable negotiating contracts, pricing, and integrations with technical-commercial stakeholders

Structured, autonomous, and hands-on approach to business development
