Your Tasks

The Head of Paid Media will collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop media strategies and manage media buying processes. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role will oversee agencies and an internal team.

• Lead investment in paid media planning and buying with confidence and innovation.
• Negotiate media deals, design campaigns, analyze data, and report on performance.
• Introduce bold ideas and processes to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of Paid Media specialists.
• Oversee large-scale media investments across channels.
• Maintain expertise in media data to optimize ROAS.
• Educate the team on industry trends and tools.
• Support team growth through projects and research.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data and share insights.
• Lead team management, planning, reporting, and internal relationships.
• Negotiate media contracts and partnerships.
• Foster a collaborative and loyal company environment.

Your Profile

• At least 7 years managing paid media campaigns.
• Experience leading teams.
• Proficiency across social media and marketing channels like Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Paid Search, Programmatic, and Display.
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Successful track record in high-performance campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of ad platform tracking and GA4 with Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of paid media strategies and marketing funnels.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and numerical skills, especially with Excel.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with alternative channels like Out of Home, Podcasts, Influencers is a plus.
• Knowledge of the gaming industry is advantageous.
