Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage core HR master data and pre-payroll processes across HR systems in a DACH-focused role. You will drive standardization, automation, and reliable service delivery in collaboration with regional P&C teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, mastery of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Aconso, and excellent German and English communication skills. On-site position based in Germany with EU-wide collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in HR Operations and Shared Services, ideally in the DACH region or an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including master data, pre-payroll, assignments, and business travel.
• Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Aconso.
• Expertise in process management, compliance, and audits, with a focus on quality and controls.
• Pragmatic, results-oriented approach with a strong ability to execute and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage HR master data and pre-payroll activities across HR systems.

• Ensure reliable management of core HR master data, standardized HR transactions, organizational management, and other administrative pre-payroll activities across all relevant HR management systems
• Lead and coordinate administrative P&C delivery processes across the DACH region, including current and future shoring models
• Ensure compliance and operational quality through effective internal controls and audit readiness for external reviews across all areas of responsibility
• Drive the continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of P&C processes, including active involvement in the implementation of SuccessFactors
• Work closely with P&C teams across the DACH region and central interfacing functions to ensure seamless service delivery
• Collaborate with European and global stakeholders to align delivery standards, share best practices, and support scalable HR operations
