Your role

We’re looking for a high-caliber operator with a strategic mind and an obsession for execution, optimization, and scaling AI-enabled systems.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to own day-to-day operations across clinical services and the optimization of such, product integration, internal systems, and cross-team execution.

Your Impact

  • Own and optimize clinic operations—from workflows to financial KPIs—ensuring efficiency, throughput, while driving patient care experience
  • Scale our infrastructure across Europe and beyond through new builds, acquisitions, and franchise model
  • Build systems that scale—turning best practices into playbooks and local excellence into repeatable success: SOPs, KPIs, dashboards, and escalation rhythms are your best friend
  • Integrate tech into care delivery, shaping the product roadmap with our CTO and product team. Build Europe’s first end-to-end AI-native care infrastructure.
  • Solve fires fast—from staffing to supply chain, you’re the go-to problem solver
Your profile

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • 5–10+ years in healthcare ops leadership, ideally in private clinics, hospitals, fertility, or medtech
  • Proven multi-site management or scaling experience
  • Have experience in building and managing cross-functional teams
    • Clear communicator who earns trust fast across clinical and tech teams
  • Are obsessed with processes, optimization, and execution
  • Strong financial acumen: P&L ownership, pricing, margin tracking
  • Think like a founder – bias for execution & speed
    • Plus: Founder experience
  • Are fluent in English (German and/or Portuguese a plus)
Bonus:
  • Background in IVF, OB-GYN, or high-stakes elective care
  • Exposure to VC- or PE-backed growth environments
  • Familiarity with AI tools or clinic management systems
  • Experience in international, multi-lingual teams
