Your role

We’re looking for a high-caliber operator with a strategic mind and an obsession for execution, optimization, and scaling AI-enabled systems.
In this role, you’ll lead the rollout of new sites across Europe—through building, acquiring, or franchising clinics—and architect the operational systems that enable speed, scale, and excellence.
Design the AI-native operational backbone of a next-generation care system – where better processes lead directly to better patient outcomes, and greater efficiency means more people can access the life-changing possibilities of fertility treatment.

Your Impact

• Own and optimize clinic operations—from workflows to P&Ls—ensuring efficiency, throughput, while driving patient care experience
• Build systems that scale—turning best practices into playbooks and local excellence into repeatable success
• Integrate tech into care delivery, shaping the product roadmap with our CTO and product team. Build Europe’s first end-to-end AI-native care infrastructure.
• Scale our infrastructure across Europe (Portugal and beyond) through new builds, acquisitions, and franchise model
• Lead the commercial onboarding and launch of new clinics, working closely with our VP of Clinic Development
• Solve fires fast—from staffing to supply chain, you’re the go-to problem solver
• Track and drive performance with clear KPIs tied to clinical and business outcomes
• Lay the foundation for Ovom’s operational model at scale, with a clear path to COO

Your profile

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 5+ years of experience in operational leadership in healthcare
  • Plus: experience in tech-enabled healthcare environments
  • Plus: experience in fertility care or woman's health
• Have Experience in building and managing cross-functional teams
• Has scaled multi-site operations or complex service delivery models across geographies
• Are obsessed with processes, optimization, and execution
• Are comfortable in managing operational budgets and optimizing unit economics
• Think like a founder – bias for execution & speed
  • Plus: Founder experience
• Have experience or excitement for tech/AI-enabled care models
• Understands clinic economics and healthcare KPIs
• Are fluent in English (German and/or Portuguese a plus)
• Wants to grow into a COO role as Ovom scales across Europe and beyond
