Job Description
We are looking for you to lead our amazing Operations team and support our markets in delivering extraordinary performance and commercial results!
This is a key role in performing the strategic direction of the EUC (DACH) business unit, leading and developing a strong team of ~30 colleagues to drive the continuous improvement culture and setting and delivering challenging operational objectives.
Please note: This position will be based in our LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn, close to Munich and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Do you have what it takes:
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of commercial and operational priorities such as driving effective and efficient S&OP processes, commitment to outstanding customer service ensuring high customer satisfaction and healthy inventory management and governing key customer operational processes (claims, invoices, payments etc.).
