Qualifikationen

Description

A rapidly expanding family leisure & recreation chain company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the German market expansion. This key leadership position will drive growth and increasing locations over the next decade while ensuring operational excellence across all units.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead operational management across all locations ensuring exceptional quality and customer experience
  2. Drive market expansion through new location identification and launch
  3. Build and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
  4. Implement and monitor standardized processes for efficiency and safety
  5. Oversee budget adherence and unit profitability
  6. Develop and execute market strategy and brand building initiatives
  7. Analyze business performance through KPIs and implement improvements

Requirements

  1. 5-7 years of operational management experience in retail, theme parks, fast food, entertainment, recreation, or leisure industries or similar sectors
  2. Proven experience in multi-unit business operations preferably in recreation, fast food, or standardized process environments
  3. Track record of successful business expansion and new location launches
  4. Demonstrated leadership ability in building and developing teams
  5. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  6. Strong financial management and P&L skills

Qualifications

  1. Academic Degree in business administration, economics, leadership, or related field
  2. Knowledge of German property development and local market dynamics (for identifying growth prospects)
  3. Experience in brand building and market expansion
  4. Swedish language skills (advantageous)
