We are looking for a Head of Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement Intercontinental who is strategic, collaborative, and culturally agile to join our Global Omnichannel team. This position can be based in Brussels, Belgium; Monheim, Germany; or Slough, United Kingdom. The role requires a hybrid work model with at least 40% on-site presence and up to 20% domestic/international travel.

About the role

You will serve as a strategic advisor, helping local market teams adopt and execute our global omnichannel strategy, including the use of Omnichannel Hub services, tailored to their market context, digital maturity, and business needs. Operating on a needs-based model, you will bridge global capabilities with local execution through coaching, thought leadership, and facilitation of Omnichannel Hub services, especially for less mature markets. The role focuses on coaching, thought leadership, and enabling affiliates to adapt global strategies locally, without direct ownership of regional activities.

Who you'll work with

You will be part of the Global Omnichannel Leadership Team, collaborating with regional and affiliate teams across regions such as Mexico, Brazil, APAC, Australia, etc. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to align global strategies with local needs and drive omnichannel initiatives, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.

What you'll do

  • Adapt global omnichannel strategies to regional needs and market contexts.
  • Represent regional insights to influence global omnichannel strategies and services.
  • Guide affiliates based on their digital maturity, avoiding one-size-fits-all approaches.
  • Provide hands-on support to local affiliates, especially in markets with low digital maturity or limited bandwidth.
  • Promote and support the adoption of Omnichannel Hub services across affiliates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning local, regional, and global goals.
  • Identify local needs to influence the capability roadmap at the global level.
  • Share best practices among affiliates to foster cross-market learning.
  • Facilitate two-way communication between affiliates and global teams.
  • Monitor campaign execution and digital maturity to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Experience / Skills Required:

  • 10-15 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, digital health, or commercial roles, with success in multinational or regional settings.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Master's Degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience adapting strategies to healthcare regulations and go-to-market contexts.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience in complex healthcare environments.
  • Experience supporting both mature and emerging markets with tailored guidance.
  • Proven collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders in matrix organizations.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability across geographies.
  • Knowledge of HCP channel preferences in intercontinental countries.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience navigating healthcare ecosystems and access dynamics.
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin) is highly desirable.
