YOUR TASKS

• Drive the strategic and operational development of the PAYBACK eCommerce marketplace, focusing on optimizing partnerships, features, and customer experience within our APP
• Own the revenue and profitability for your area, actively managing it through in-depth analysis and monitoring of key KPIs
• Build and lead a small cross-functional team consisting of experts from eCommerce Sales & Marketing
• Oversee active project and stakeholder management across Tech, Data, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external service providers
• Stay informed about market trends and competition in eCommerce, identifying growth opportunities for PAYBACK and presenting them to the PAYBACK Leadership Board

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive experience in eCommerce or digital retail roles, particularly in platform marketplace businesses
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proven experience leading diverse teams and navigating complex organizations
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results, actively driving initiatives and finding creative solutions
• Highly data-driven, visionary, and equipped with exceptional analytical skills to identify complex challenges and develop appropriate strategies
