Head of Marketing & Sales (m/w/d)

As part of the management team, you will be responsible for the commercial issues of WeylChem ORGANICA in this central management role. WeylChem ORGANICA is an innovative company within the international WeylChem Group, which is, among other things, an internationally active provider of custom synthesis. In addition to strategic management, you can expect international interfaces, a wide range of creative opportunities and long-term development prospects within the Group.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for marketing and sales in an international context
• Management and further development of the Marketing & Sales team
• Development and implementation of market and sales strategies to achieve the corporate goals
• Price control for existing business and new projects
• Close cooperation with other Group divisions, in particular the international sales team
• Market and competition analyses to identify new market potential
• Active portfolio management (Product Life Cycle Management) incl. creation of a portfolio strategy

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies (Diploma / M.Sc.) in the field of chemistry or comparable qualification
• Business management expertise, especially in product management
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strategic and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, enjoyment of leadership and social skills
• Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good written and spoken English skills
