Your Mission: Drive lead generation and fuel our growth!

As Head of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of our marketing strategy and lead the charge in building a comprehensive marketing engine that drives lead generation and establishes voize as a market leader. You'll develop and execute creative campaigns across multiple channels, build the marketing team, and ensure that every effort aligns with voize's core mission. Your Daily Business: No two days are alike
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Build and execute innovative marketing strategies including customer marketing, social media, events, and press outreach.
  • Team building & leadership: Build and nurture a multidisciplinary marketing team aligned with our mission and values, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Campaign management & execution: Plan, create, and execute campaigns, content, and events ensuring their success.
  • Strengthen customer relationships: Collaborate closely with current customers, create tailored customer-centric content, and drive successful customer campaigns.
  • Optimize processes & data-driven decisions: Refine marketing processes, set KPIs, and improve marketing effectiveness.
Your Skillset: What you bring to the table
  • Marketing expertise & hands-on mentality: Extensive experience in content creation, social media, event management, design, and campaign execution. Capable of managing projects independently from concept to completion.
  • Leadership & team management: Experience leading teams in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment, working operationally and strategically.
  • Strategic & creative thinking: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and find creative solutions to build and enhance the brand.
  • Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate inspiring messages both written and spoken, from social media posts to white papers, and serve as the company's voice in interactions with customers and teams.
  • Organizational & analytical thinking: Manage multiple projects, track KPIs, and continually improve marketing initiatives.
  • Design & social media expertise: Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, creating engaging content, and building communities on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Fluent in German & English: Comfortable and convincing in both languages, written and spoken.
