Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, develop, and support the Marketing CCS team, including personnel responsibility and team development.
  2. Manage budget planning, including annual budgets, investments, and monthly tracking.
  3. Develop marketing strategies focusing on LAB & CCS.
  4. Create and implement cross-media marketing campaigns and innovative sales and marketing concepts in coordination with sales teams.
  5. Plan and execute product launches in compliance with regulatory requirements (MDR).
  6. Manage lifecycle of existing portfolios and develop training and event concepts with relevant departments.
  7. Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, speakers, and influencers among dentists and dental technicians for Medentika and CCS.
  8. Coordinate and execute cross-departmental projects such as third-party product introductions.
  9. Manage distributor relationships and perform competitive analysis.
  10. Maintain a strong external focus through customer engagement, trade shows, and congresses.
  11. Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Leadership, Marketing, and Digital Communication teams, as well as other departments like Education and Events.
Qualifications:
  1. Extensive experience in Med Tech marketing management, preferably as a product or marketing manager.
  2. Fluent in German and English, both in negotiation and presentation.
  3. High commitment, flexibility, mobility, and willingness to travel.
  4. Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  5. Leadership experience and a sales and marketing-oriented mindset.
