Job Description: Head of Marketing - Dublin

For our ambitious, fast-growing team in Dublin, we are seeking a performance-oriented and brand-experienced Head of Marketing. You will lead marketing activities and market growth for HelloFresh Ireland.

This is a 12-month contract role.

Reporting to the Ireland CEO, you will lead a small marketing team responsible for delivering all marketing efforts to drive business growth in Ireland. You will collaborate closely with the Ireland team and the global HelloFresh organization for operational, tech, and business support functions.

Leading a team of four, you will work with the Brand & MarComm Manager, Offline Growth Manager, Retention & Analytics Manager, and Junior Online Growth & Analytics Manager to develop and execute performance-driven yearly marketing plans. Your goal is to ensure an efficient marketing channel mix, a clearly defined value proposition, and a compelling brand to support customer acquisition and retention both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Ireland marketing team to drive growth and brand impact.
  • Participate in shaping the office culture alongside Product and Operations leads, providing support and guidance to the broader Ireland team.
  • Partner with local Product and Operations teams to enhance customer experience and leverage the product roadmap for growth and retention.
  • Implement the annual marketing plan in coordination with global teams, ensuring performance efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Manage marketing budgets, collaborating with local and global channel owners to maximize value and align with business objectives.
  • Support the Ireland marketing team to prioritize initiatives that maximize market growth.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing assets, bridging growth and brand teams.
  • Monitor and report marketing performance, analyzing root causes of variances and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Drive growth through data-driven analysis of brand KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support marketing initiatives, scoping opportunities, and managing deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop innovative marketing approaches with a test-and-learn mindset, following up on hypotheses and results.
  • Be a culture ambassador, exemplifying the HelloFresh DNA.
Qualifications
  • Performance-driven professional with extensive experience in online and offline marketing, including CRM, referral, ATL, and brand management.
  • Confident communicator capable of demonstrating marketing value within a data-driven, tech-focused culture.
  • Skilled in leveraging customer insights for strategic initiatives.
  • Experience developing local marketing within a global framework.
  • Preferably experienced in leading small teams.
  • Structured, methodical approach to work.
  • Fluent in English and familiar with Irish culture.
