As Head of Marketing / Growth at mama health, you'll take on a challenging and impactful role—driving growth for a company aiming to revolutionize healthcare. You will own our marketing strategy and execution, acquiring patients across 10+ therapeutic areas in Europe and North America, and establishing a presence in the B2B Life Sciences industry. This role offers the opportunity to influence how millions experience our brand and our mission to improve chronic care worldwide.

Your profile

You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving significant company growth. You have a proven track record in performance marketing and organic growth across digital channels, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment. You excel at setting clear priorities, working efficiently without sacrificing quality, and adapting strategies based on data. You are passionate about building meaningful initiatives, impact storytelling, and connecting with people.

• 5+ years of senior marketing experience in startups, with full responsibility for strategy and execution
• Proven success in scaling B2C and B2B marketing initiatives
• Deep knowledge of digital channels, performance marketing, and lead generation
• Strong branding instincts and compelling messaging skills
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and optimizing results
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communicator with a creative, audience-focused mindset
• Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus
