The Role :

Head of Marketing Germany at SD Worx is a dynamic, hands-on team management position that focuses on defining an impactful B2B marketing strategy and on executing it, together with the dedicated marketing team. This role demands a blend of creativity and analytical prowess, aimed at developing and implementing robust marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy and plan and leading the team to deliver on lead generation targets to achieve sales growth and reputation build. As a vital link between the marketing and sales teams, the Head of Marketing will ensure seamless collaboration and contribute significantly to the sales funnel through effective marketing initiatives.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy and meet agreed pipeline targets and deliver on direct and partner growth expectations
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing specialists, fostering team growth and development
  • Own and lead the direction of the digital marketing strategy
  • Manage the country marketing budget with a focus on ROI and ROAS
  • Establish and maintain third party and strategic partnerships
  • Align regional marketing efforts with sales and SDR teams to maximise lead generation & conversion and sales support
  • Direct communication and support for the German Country Leader
  • Uphold brand integrity across all marketing communications including PR, comms and content
  • Organise and oversee all sponsored and SD Worx owned events
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in field and central teams to align on marketing strategies and plans
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed

Your Profile :

  • Proven experience in a similar senior marketing role, with a focus on operational aspects.
  • Significant experience of B2B marketing in a senior position including formulation of strategy, planning, budgeting and measuring success
  • Proven ability to manage a dynamic team of marketing professionals with wide ranging experience and skills
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive brand awareness and to generate high quality leads
  • Ability to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
  • Ability to align tactical plans with strategies
  • Inbound marketing strategy / execution experience
  • Experience of working in the technology sector
  • Fluent in German and English
