What You’ll Own together with your team

  • Leadership & Team Supervision
  • Disciplinary lead for Marketing (traffic generation) and Customer Success teams
  • Coach, develop and prioritize resources to hit our growth and retention goals
  • Take responsibility for how we optimize, generate and distribute traffic.
  • Operations Department
    • Own non-technical procedures such as data feed maintenance, partner on and offboarding, system monitoring or process documentation
    • Define, track and drive our “Steering Targets”
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Ensure Marketing (B2C) and Customer Success work hand in hand to hit company targets
    • Maintain bird’s-eye view of end-to-end Marketing and Customer Success operations empowering the teams to own the day-to-day execution, while stepping in to deep-dive when needed
  • Strategic Consultation
    • Advise the Executive team (CEO) on goals and strategic initiatives
    • Translate high-level company objectives into operational roadmap and KPIs
    • Setup, control and drive individual projects across the company in collaboration with the CEO
    • Take ownership of ensuring streamlined execution of plans, projects and roadmaps across the company.
  • Data & Performance Marketing
    • Hands-on ownership of performance channels (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with support of Performance Marketeer
    • Work with Engineering on automations and optimization
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes to drive efficiency across operations


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations or growth oriented role
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, being able to work with ambiguity and and taking over ownership
  • Experience working and managing B2C Marketing Budgets, ideally experience in performance and affiliate marketing
  • Comfortable defining and interpreting custom dashboards (Excel / Lookerstudio)
  • Strong people-management skills
  • Excellent communicator - able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Structured, analytical mindset
