We’re looking for a highly technical, data-obsessedHead of Growth Marketing to lead demand generation and drive sales-qualified leads with precision and accountability.
You’ll own a€3.2M annual budget (split freely between team and campaigns) with one clear goal:
Use this budget as efficiently as possible to generate sales-qualified leads that convert to customers while keeping total CAC below €2,000.
You’ll have full control over team structure and channel mix, and you’ll collaborate closely with ourGTM engineering team (4 engineers) for lead scoring, funnel ops, and cross/up-sell automation.
This role is ideal for an engineer-turned-marketer or a deeply analytical growth lead ready to take full ownership. We don’t care about vanity metrics. We care about revenue, CAC, SQLs, and conversion rates.
You’ll focus on generating contacts (not just signups) of asset owners/investors with €200k–€20M in investable assets. We’re currently focused onDACH, with pan-European expansion planned for 2027.
In this role you will work directly with Felix Schulte - Managing Director (Geschäftsleitung).
