About the role - your contribution

We’re looking for a highly technical, data-obsessedHead of Growth Marketing to lead demand generation and drive sales-qualified leads with precision and accountability.
You’ll own a€3.2M annual budget (split freely between team and campaigns) with one clear goal:
Use this budget as efficiently as possible to generate sales-qualified leads that convert to customers while keeping total CAC below €2,000.
You’ll have full control over team structure and channel mix, and you’ll collaborate closely with ourGTM engineering team (4 engineers) for lead scoring, funnel ops, and cross/up-sell automation.
This role is ideal for an engineer-turned-marketer or a deeply analytical growth lead ready to take full ownership. We don’t care about vanity metrics. We care about revenue, CAC, SQLs, and conversion rates.
You’ll focus on generating contacts (not just signups) of asset owners/investors with €200k–€20M in investable assets. We’re currently focused onDACH, with pan-European expansion planned for 2027.
In this role you will work directly with Felix Schulte - Managing Director (Geschäftsleitung).

What will be your mission?

  • Own and optimize a €3.2M budget with strict efficiency and ROI expectations
  • Build, lead, and evolve the growth marketing team (currently content & performance)
  • Define and execute the channel mix across paid media, SEO, content, email, direct outreach, and more
  • Design and run performance marketing experiments (paid social, programmatic, etc.)
  • Drive advanced CRM workflows and lifecycle automation in HubSpot
  • Build tight feedback loops with sales and GTM engineering
  • Oversee and improve full-funnel conversion from contact to SQL to customer


Skillset, experiences and mindset we are looking for
  • Proven track record in data-driven growth marketing
  • Engineering or technical background (required)
  • Fluency in German (C1–C2) and English (C1–C2)
  • Strong command of CRM, performance, content, and multichannel demand generation
  • Experience targeting HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) or similar customer segments
  • Hands-on, results-driven mindset — you build and operate, not just strategize
  • Advanced CRM and funnel optimization experience
  • Ownership mentality with a sharp eye on CAC and conversion
  • A straightforward attitude who thrives on being measured and accountable. You don’t hide behind buzzwords. You want the budget, the data, and the mandate to deliver actual results — and you know what to do with them.
