The Global Marketing Director will define, develop, and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned with the product & offerings roadmap and business action plan.
The role aims to build awareness and promote our solution as a value-added service product to the market.
This role requires transverse collaboration with the global sales, insights, and technology teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Marketing Roadmap
- Build A2MAC1's Marketing & Branding strategy worldwide, including areas of focus and long-term goals.
- Develop short- and long-term channel growth expansion strategies and execute daily tactics to increase traffic.
- Analyze the needs of platform users to ensure our solutions are promoted according to business needs.
- Measure the impact of marketing strategies and actions across short, medium, and long-term periods.
Marketing Activities
- Responsible for lead generation and pipeline expansion to drive revenue within existing and SME customers, in collaboration with regional teams.
- Integrate our company's brand and messaging into a unified approach across all marketing content.
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for current and future products.
- Manage the company website and online conversion processes.
- Collaborate on implementing and maintaining the global CRM system, including policy support, training, and coordination.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of content related to our offerings.
- Manage all social media outreach, set engagement goals, and track metrics.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience using insights and data to create resonant marketing campaigns.
- Lead industry competitive analysis to contribute to differentiation strategies.
- Build a perception of thought leadership for A2MAC1 in collaboration with the C-Level globally.
Customer & Prospects Interaction
- Create customer acquisition and retention strategies through events, marketing campaigns, email marketing, promotions, and partnerships.
- Manage product marketing strategies to engage our community of customers and prospects around product evolutions.
- Organize events to connect customers and partners.
Management
- Lead and motivate the global marketing team, facilitating regular meetings.
- Assess and upgrade marketing activities and processes to best-in-class standards, fostering continuous improvement.
- Build and report on marketing activities, including calendars, lead generation, and campaign analytics.
Requirements
Professional Background
- 5-10 years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience operating in an international or global setup.
- Experience in B2B DaaS/SaaS and PaaS/Marketplace businesses.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; German and/or French is an advantage.
