Qualifikationen

• Meisterqualifikation als Anlagenmechaniker für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik erforderlich.

Job description

Tasks

1. Plant operation & maintenance – Ensuring a safe working environment through maintenance, repair and inspection concepts in accordance with legal requirements
2. Contract management – selection, commissioning and management of service providers as well as technical clarification and invoice control
3. External company coordination – monitoring external service providers including instruction, creation of work instructions and risk assessments
4. Maintenance planning & controlling – implementation of Airbus business processes for efficient maintenance
5. Inspection & maintenance management – creation, scheduling and monitoring of inspection, maintenance and test plans by external companies
6. Technical service management – coordination of service providers to ensure that services are provided on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
7. Expert inspections – planning, commissioning and monitoring of legally required inspections
8. Audit & KPI management – preparation and participation in internal and external audits and monitoring of defined KPIs

Requirements

1. Master craftsman qualification as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology with many years of professional experience
2. Experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as industrial supply and disposal systems
3. Sound knowledge of hygiene regulations for ventilation and drinking water (VDI 6022, VDI 6023, VDI 2047)
4. Experience in occupational safety, fire protection and the handling of hazardous substances as well as in the management of technical conversion measures in industrial plants
5. In-depth user knowledge of SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace
6. Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B1)
7. Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
8. Willingness to be on call and to work on a time-shifted basis
