develop, a European B2B SaaS scale-up in Berlin, seeks a strategic, hands-on Head/Director of ML & AI to lead AI initiatives and scale the engineering function. Reporting to the CTO, you will own end-to-end ML strategy, bridge research with business value, and lead a cross-functional group of data scientists and ML engineers.
