Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in learning consultancy or performance improvement
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business needs
• Experience managing complex workstreams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong digital literacy
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training, or Business)
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on performance consulting
• Demonstrated success in diagnosing performance issues and developing effective solutions
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders
