Role Overview

As the Head of Land Acquisition, you will lead and manage the company's land acquisition strategy and team, ensuring a robust pipeline of suitable land for renewable energy projects. You will play a critical role in identifying, negotiating, and securing land rights, while fostering strong relationships with landowners, municipalities, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive land acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of regional land acquisition managers and field agents.
• Identify and evaluate potential land parcels for wind and solar energy projects.
• Negotiate lease and purchase agreements with landowners and their representatives.
