Head of Land Acquisition Germany (Wind, PV & BESS) – Industry Leading Bonus Scheme € - Progression to Head of International Project Development or similar in 2-3 years

The Company :

• My client is a fully integrated solar PV developer active in over five European countries, with a strong focus on the German market following a recent announcement of substantial financial backing from a major international investor.
• Founded over a decade ago, the company has delivered over 2.5GW of installed capacity through 100+ successful utility-scale projects.

Key responsibilities include :

• Build and lead the acquisition team
• Take the lead on negotiating and securing strategic land lease agreements
• Building long-term relationships with municipalities and key industry stakeholders
• Coordination of internal project disciplines including development, grid, legal, and finance
• Play a key role in the strategic direction of the business, working hand in hand with the German Head of Development
• Progression to Head of International Project Development or similar in 2-3 years

The successful candidate will likely have the following :

• 6+ years of experience in land acquisition (ideally renewables)
• A strong network in German renewable energy market
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to grow and manage teams
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Fluency in German, English is an asset
