Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations in DACH, including End User Support, Infrastructure, and Workplace Technology.
• Define and execute the regional IT strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Manage the infrastructure and technology project portfolio, aligning with European and global initiatives.
• Drive transformation, turning vision into actionable change within the organization.
• Oversee full P&L for IT operations, including budget planning and financial performance.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams focused on digital innovation, resilience, and operational excellence.

Über Dich

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-site IT operations in complex or multinational settings.
• Strong expertise in IT financials, CAPEX/OPEX management, and cost optimization.
• Proven track record in leading large, cross-country IT project portfolios with measurable results.
• Visionary, strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans using OKRs and KPIs.
• Skilled in driving organizational transformation and managing complex change.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills; English fluency required. German and Agile experience are strong pluses.
