Qualifikationen

For our partner company we are looking for a Head of IT Security (m / f / d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).

You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the IT Security team as well as the associated management of the entire department.

Your Responsibilities

• Disciplinary and technical management of the IT security team
• Management of the entire department (incl. personnel and budget planning)
• Advising the CIO, ISB, DPO and other contacts on technical IT security issues
• Management of IT security-related projects
• Strategic alignment and further development of the department in line with the corporate strategy and legal requirements
• Stakeholder management with regard to IT security measures

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security, IT security or information security
• Experience in the disciplinary management of IT teams and in IT management (budget planning, etc.)
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and fluent English
